Designed specifically as a tumbler sticker and cup wrap decal, this adhesive label adheres to glass, stainless steel, acrylic and smooth plastic without a heat press, delivering scratch resistant, peel and stick application for custom drinkware projects. For apparel options the matching fabric transfer is sold separately and requires a heat press to form a permanent transfer suitable for shirts, hats and patches. Measure surfaces carefully before ordering for fit.

* Intended use: tumbler sticker, cup wrap decal for insulated drinkware, glass and smooth plastic

* Material/finish: waterproof vinyl surface wrap with scratch resistant coating

* Application: peel and stick adhesive label — no heat press required for hard surfaces

* Print method: direct to film full-color print for glass decal quality and bright, fine detail

* Alternate option: fabric transfer sold separately; permanent transfer requires heat press

* Care: hand wash recommended; avoid abrasive cleaners and high-heat dishwashers

How it works

The decal is produced as a finish-ready sticker-style wrap optimized for hard, smooth surfaces. Apply the peel and stick adhesive label directly to clean, oil-free glass, acrylic, plastic or stainless steel; no additional heat or adhesive activation is needed for the hard-surface decal. The direct to film print preserves color saturation so patriotic reds and deep blues retain detail for Patriotic cup art or state-themed designs. For garments, order the matching fabric transfer and use a heat press to make the permanent transfer on compatible textiles.

Compatibility and surfaces

Use this product on insulated tumblers, drinkware, glass cans, smooth plastic cups and stainless steel where a smooth, non-textured surface is available. Textured or porous materials reduce bond and durability; the adhesive label requires a flat, clean surface for full contact. The fabric transfer is compatible with cotton-blend shirts, sweatshirts and tote bags that accept heat-applied transfers—follow your heat press manufacturer’s temperature and pressure guidelines for best results.

Sizing and artwork

Selected size equals the approximate design width; artwork height scales proportionally with the layout. For cup wrap decal and tumbler sticker applications, measure the usable width and circumference of your drinkware and choose placement before application to ensure a proper fit and placement. Colors may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to device differences; final prints use the direct to film process to maintain vibrant glass decal and custom drinkware graphics.

Care and durability

For the waterproof vinyl surface wrap, hand washing is recommended when possible to extend decal life and maintain scratch resistant art. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads and high-heat dishwashers that can degrade the adhesive or finish. For fabric transfers, follow heat press and garment care instructions after application—wash apparel inside out at recommended temperatures to preserve transfer adhesion and color vibrancy.

Brand note

Koda Bear Creations produces the print files and finishes to these specifications; confirm surface compatibility and sizing before ordering to ensure the best application and long-term results.

FAQ

Q: Can I apply the decal to a textured surface?

A: No. The adhesive label is intended for hard, smooth surfaces like glass, acrylic and smooth plastic for proper adhesion and long-term durability.

Q: Do I need a heat press for both options?

A: Only the fabric transfer requires a heat press.
